Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

As an independent contractor, the Relocation Consultant will provide high-touch, client-facing relocation services to employees and their families transitioning to Miami, utilizing local expertise to deliver personalized guidance and support both remotely and in-person.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct housing and school research, offering insights on neighborhoods, transportation, and local lifestyle
• Manage multiple client engagements independently, ensuring organization and continuity of service

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of residency in Miami with extensive knowledge of the local rental market and education system
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ownership of a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role such as relocation services, real estate, or hospitality
