Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering high-touch, client-facing relocation services, the independent contractor Relocation Consultant will manage multiple client engagements in Orlando, providing tailored guidance and support to employees and their families as they transition to a new city, with services offered both remotely and in-person.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocating employees by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct housing and school research, offering insights on local neighborhoods and lifestyle considerations
• Facilitate area tours and coordinate with relevant vendors to enhance the client experience

Required qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of residency in Orlando with extensive local knowledge
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role is essential
• Familiarity with technology tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
