Key Responsibilities

• Administer relocation policies and provide counseling on resource utilization for transferees
• Coordinate all phases of relocation activities, ensuring exemplary customer service throughout
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and manage relationships with brokers and suppliers

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Two plus years of prior relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
