A company is looking for a Consultant II Domestic Relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload while providing exceptional customer service to clients and transferees
• Coordinate all phases of relocation activities in accordance with client agreements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain data integrity across systems

Required Qualifications

• Preferred college degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in relocation or real estate with home sale closings
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience managing high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
