Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of domestic transferees, the full-time salaried Relocation Consultant II will navigate the relocation process by administering policies, coordinating household goods shipments, and ensuring exemplary customer service remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and transferees
• Coordinate all phases of relocation activities in accordance with contractual agreements
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to generate new revenue sources based on transferee needs

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Two plus years of prior relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to efficiently manage high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
