Job Summary
Assisting domestic transferees throughout their relocation journey, the full-time Relocation Consultant II will manage a caseload focused on homesale activities, providing exemplary customer service and coordinating various relocation processes remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and transferees
- Coordinate all phases of relocation activities as outlined in client contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate Cartus' core products and services to meet client needs
Required qualifications:
- Two plus years of prior relocation or real estate experience with home sale closings
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- Two years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Influential verbal and written communication skills
