Job Summary

Relocation Specialist, a full-time remote position, manages communication between real estate agents and clients, ensuring successful referrals and transactions in the relocation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transaction and referral processes, ensuring successful matches between clients and agents
  • Maintain regular communication with agents and clients, monitoring updates and resolving issues as needed
  • Ensure data integrity and timely reporting related to referrals and transactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
  • One or more years of experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required
