Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and managing relocation program costs, the full-time salaried Relocation Tax Specialist will coordinate payroll tax reconciliations, ensure compliance with tax laws, and serve as a subject matter expert on tax implications for client relocations in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate gross ups and taxability reporting, ensuring compliance with tax laws and accurate payroll reporting
- Audit payroll and financial reporting for accuracy and coordinate with internal and external tax partners
- Drive efficiencies through process automation and standardization of invoicing and financial reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of financial experience
- Knowledge of financial and auditing principles
- US/Global payroll experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
