Providing technical leadership for client relocation programs, the full-time Relocation Tax Specialist will manage tax calculations, payroll reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with tax laws in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee tax aspects of client relocation programs, including gross-up calculations and payroll reporting compliance
  • Audit payroll and financial reporting, recommending system changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Act as a subject matter expert for new client implementations, providing guidance on tax assistance options and creating relevant reporting
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of financial experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Knowledge of financial and auditing principles and guidelines
  • Experience with global payroll preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
