Key Responsibilities

• Coach recent graduates through personal and professional transitions related to relocation and starting new jobs
• Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions while managing an active caseload of participants
• Provide encouragement and practical strategies to help participants adjust to new environments and thrive

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working with people during major life transitions; coaching or training experience preferred
• Experience or interest in working with early-career professionals or college graduates
• Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and maintaining digital client records
• Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload and meet program deadlines
