Remedy Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remedy Developer to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Remedy applications within a contact center environment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements
• Customize Remedy applications using scripting, workflows, and UI policies to meet specific business needs

Required Qualifications:

• BMC Remedy development experience (not just admin/config/out-of-box)
• Proficient in writing custom code in Remedy and scripting (Python, Shell scripts, etc.)
• Experience with PL/SQL functions, querying, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Experience with Remedy integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant methods
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies related to Remedy development
