Job Summary
An e-commerce network operator is in need of a Remoet IT Service Desk Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Manage support phone calls, Teams Chat, and triage Service Desk ticking queue
- Clearly document issues and solutions in a knowledgebase
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years’ Service Desk experience
- Associates Degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
- Experience supporting Mac OS
