Job Summary

An e-commerce network operator is in need of a Remoet IT Service Desk Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage support phone calls, Teams Chat, and triage Service Desk ticking queue
  • Clearly document issues and solutions in a knowledgebase

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ Service Desk experience
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
  • Experience supporting Mac OS
