Job Summary
An education technology firm is in need of a Remote 2D Artist Animator in San Juan.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Producing compelling digital assets and animation for our games by working closely with the rest of the development team
- Working independently and collaboratively with team members to develop unique assets which fit the style established
- Creating all required assets including vehicles, characters, icons, logos, menus, and backgrounds
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of creating 2D game art (preferably in the web or mobile gaming space)
- 3+ years of 2D animation
- Expert working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Animate CC, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to set priorities for yourself and others, as well as manage the progress of work
- Proactive work ethic along with the ability to effectively give direction and communicate solutions to problems
- Strong background in multiple 2D disciplines
