An IT and cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote 2nd Shift Operations Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor customer environments using multiple enterprise monitoring tools
- Research required information using available resources
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
