Job Summary
An information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote 2nd Shift Technical Service Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Interact via telephone, e-mail, chat and one on one with customers to identify and diagnose technical issues and problems
- Providing first level support including but not limited to resetting passwords, troubleshooting hardware remotely
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- High school diploma
