Job Summary
A social media platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote 3D Avatar Art Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Flexing between hands-on 2D/3D creation and creative art direction
- Assisting in creating high quality 3D and 2D art content for internal prototypes
- Partnering with the other creative team members to deliver high-and low-poly 3D models
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in creative advertising, entertainment, gaming or tech industry
- Expertise in hands-on creating 3D works, with examples in a real-time rendering environment
- Experience modeling, rigging, and texturing using Maya or other 3D art package
- Experience with art direction, confident in directing projects start to finish
- Experience working both with and without concept art references
- Creative and design oriented, effective communicator with teamwork
