An interior decorating company has an open position for a Remote 3D Interior Design Customer Success Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the full customer success scope, including customer advocacy
- Overseeing strategy, planning and execution of customer success goals
- Managing an organization made up of distributed, US-based team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of work experience
- 3+ years in customer success/experience/support leadership positions
- Consistent track record of exceeding customer satisfaction, and customer advocacy
- Deep passion for and understanding of customers
- Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
- Willingness and eagerness to lead a distributed team
