Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote 401K Financial Support Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service and experiences through phone, email, or live chat
• Explain complex transactional and investment principles clearly
• Act as the internal voice of the customer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years in financial services, specifically 401(k)
• Customer service, call center or related experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to act as the internal voice of the customer
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience
• Ability to be technical savvy
• Exceptional written communication skills
