Job Summary
An aviation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote 737 Flight Training Development Project Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and documents training standards
- Lead Company or program effort
- Monitor program and supplier activity to ensure compliance with standards
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years' experience developing pilot training curriculum for part 121 operations or foreign equivalent
- 10+ years' Experience as an instructor pilot or examiner
- Pilot experience with turbo-prop or jet background
- Experience in designing CBTA (competency based training assessment) flight training programs
- Advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination
