Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Remote 7th through 8th Grade ELA Building Substitute Middle School Academic Support Teacher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, delivering, monitoring and collaborating in developing pedagogy
• Developing language acquisition support plans for ELL students
• Monitoring student attendance regularly

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Tavel for state assessment proctoring assignments and home visits, as needed
• Valid Pennsylvania Teacher Certification
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Possess demonstrated proficiency of computer and technology skills
• Knowledge of PA Common Core Standards
• Knowledge of Blackboard, Sapphire and any additional systems
