Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote 911 Technician in Naples.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for customer queries and issues
- Create cases in ticketing system for proper reporting and billing purposes
- Work primarily in post-sales and support role capacity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Respond on-site to customer locations primarily in Florida but some travel will be necessary
- 3 + years of experience using Motorola Safety products
- Must be able to obtain security clearance
- Excellent computer proficiency, and other certifications as required
