Remote A/R Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of remote A/R Specialists, the full-time Client Operations Manager will ensure optimal revenue cycle results for 8-12 central billing office clients, focusing on client satisfaction, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees accounts receivable functions to maximize revenue generation and improve cash flow
• Evaluates revenue cycle operations and implements strategies to enhance team performance and client outcomes
• Analyzes A/R trends and communicates effectively with clients regarding payment resolutions and operational improvements

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry, preferably with Ambulatory Surgical Centers or outpatient hospitals
• Familiarity with SIS, HST, Advantx, and/or Waystar systems
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and their impact on accounts receivable
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of computerized billing systems, including intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet critical deadlines effectively
