Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Remote A2W Customer Service Team Lead in Harrisburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Determine if claim information is complete and correct. Enter/verify claims data
  • Lead a team of junior A2W associates
  • Resolve claim edits, review history records and determine benefit eligibility for service

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Health Care Claims Processing
  • Experience with tracking and reporting SLAs and KPIs
  • At least 3 years experience as a People Supervisor/Manager
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
