Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Absence Leave HR Specialist in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Approving assigned leave requests based on Medical and Benefit eligibility
- Completing requests from physician offices, teammates, leaders, disability vendor and other agencies
- Managing STD/LTD/ADA/WC/Lt Duty cases as assigned and in accordance with policy
Qualifications for this position include:
- May lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience
- Strong computer knowledge has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
