Remote Absence Management Program Analyst

Job Summary

A healthcare services and support organization has an open position for a Remote Absence Management Program Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, technical and project management support as it relates to leave of absence
• Manage the leaves process to ensure reconciliation with payroll

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree, HR-related field a plus
• Minimum 5 years corporate experience in public company with focus on health & welfare and leave of absence administration
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
