Job Summary

A health care provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Absence Management Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Making recommendations for FMLA second and third opinions when indicated Workpartners clinical staff
• Providing subject matter expertise during the program development to interpret regulations
• Establishing internal controls to ensure all leave adjudications are within established time frames and guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• Two years of supervision/management experience required
• Five years demonstrated success in absence management claims administration
• Preferences: Microsoft Office expertise, Strong communicator, Problem Solver, Decision Maker, Interpersonal Skills
• Experience managing leave of absence and compliance issues with various state and federal laws that impact leave management
