Job Summary
A health care provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Absence Management Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making recommendations for FMLA second and third opinions when indicated Workpartners clinical staff
- Providing subject matter expertise during the program development to interpret regulations
- Establishing internal controls to ensure all leave adjudications are within established time frames and guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Two years of supervision/management experience required
- Five years demonstrated success in absence management claims administration
- Preferences: Microsoft Office expertise, Strong communicator, Problem Solver, Decision Maker, Interpersonal Skills
- Experience managing leave of absence and compliance issues with various state and federal laws that impact leave management
