Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Academic Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively building relationships with prospective, current, and/or returning students
• Initiating and responding to student communications
• Communicating with students remotely, primarily via phone, chat, and email

Qualifications Include:

• Competitive candidates will typically have impeccable representational skills
• Demonstrated experience in influencing, informing, and persuading students on complex academic matters
• A strong service oriented and student support mindset
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• One year of professional office experience, preferably in a collegiate or academic advising setting
• Ability to demonstrate clear and effective oral and written communication skills
