Job Summary

A nonprofit educational support organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Academic Affairs Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Onboarding, developing, and evaluating all part-time adjunct faculty members to meet or exceed performance measures
• Serving as professor #1, leading students to mastery in coursework
• Designing and/or managing the development of online synchronous and asynchronous course materials

Position Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Master's degree required
• 3+ years of Instructional leadership experience in a postsecondary online environment
• Strong intrapersonal skills
• People and project management expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion, with a demonstrated love for building a new program
