A test prep company has an open position for a Remote Academic Coach.

Must be able to:

• Take inbound calls from students regarding help requests
• Make outbound calls to students to address help requests/exam concerns
• Research students files ensuring a personable and professional approach

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to handle difficult and/or irate customers
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
• Proficient computer and email skills
• Experience with US customers in Education, Teaching, or Tutoring
