Job Summary
An education management company is seeking a Remote Academic Network Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Report up and out on academic partner success, health and opportunities to drive revenue
- Lead the Academic Partner Success team and manage the day to day operations of an academic partnership
- Proactively engage academic leaders with a plan for learning program innovation while balancing commercial arrangements and SLAs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep understanding of complex organizations and high organizational and political intelligence
- Experience collaborating with senior level academic partners to solve complex problems, build consensus and effectuate new ideas
- Outgoing, warm personality with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
