A single-specialty healthcare management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Academic Partnerships Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with programs for administrative support
- Interfacing with the Talent Acquisition Managers
- Setting up Strategy Meetings, Quarterly meeting with academic institutions
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and in navigating competing priorities
- Strong relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 2 years’ related experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or HR Professional
- High energy and self-motivated style working with all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft office, specifically outlook and excel
