Job Summary
An education company is filling a position for a Remote Academic Placement Advisor in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitate communication of inbound calls, outbound calls, and daily WebMails per the enrollment process
- Approving course schedules for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 1
- Reviewing student performance, by evaluating report cards, state standardized test scores, and placement tests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is highly preferred
- Prior experience in a phone queue/call center preferred
