Job Summary
A culinary school is seeking a Remote Academic Progress Representative.
Must be able to:
- Monitor student's progress and maintain student records
- Anticipate and assist students who are at risk of reaching a maximum time frame
- Maintain regular contact through prescribed outreach campaigns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student services, student support, counseling, or similar field
- Strong ability to adapt to changing technology requirements
- Flexibility to meet and assist students via technology-based applications
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CVue
