Job Summary
A publicly traded analytics company has an open position for a Remote Academic Publishing Client Solutions Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering exceptional client services on a day to day basis
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Performing configuration changes to ScholarOne Manuscript live sites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background and/or knowledge of academic publishing
- Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strict attention to detail
- Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply to business needs
