Job Summary

A publicly traded analytics company has an open position for a Remote Academic Publishing Client Solutions Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Delivering exceptional client services on a day to day basis
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Performing configuration changes to ScholarOne Manuscript live sites

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree
Background and/or knowledge of academic publishing
Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strict attention to detail
Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn new technologies and apply to business needs
