Job Summary
An academic publishing company is seeking a Remote Academic Publishing Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Raising customer invoices & credit memos from various invoicing queues within multiple financial systems
- Working closely with internal business partners to resolve customer queries and concerns
- Performing monthly AR account reconciliations including AR Trade, ST/LT extended billing, and on-account customer payments
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with high-volume Invoicing, AR, or similar role
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
