• Ability to exercise sound judgment throughout recruiting life-cycle
• Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet software
• Proficiency in using Internet, Applicant Tracking Systems and E-mail usage
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
• Proven ability to work effectively with project teams and clients
