An academic support platform has a current position open for a Remote Academic Support Platform Senior Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow the revenue for your customers
  • Work with customers to develop success plans
  • Build relationships and network with key stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ Years in a customer-facing or Customer Success role within software organization
  • Strong experience in project and change management
  • Strong operational discipline
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external clients
  • Familiarity with public and private education systems, teachers/students
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
