Job Summary
An academic support platform has a current position open for a Remote Academic Support Platform Senior Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Retain and grow the revenue for your customers
- Work with customers to develop success plans
- Build relationships and network with key stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ Years in a customer-facing or Customer Success role within software organization
- Strong experience in project and change management
- Strong operational discipline
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external clients
- Familiarity with public and private education systems, teachers/students
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
