Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Access Center Representative responsible for coordinating behavioral health service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls for behavioral health service access
- Prioritize cases and manage communication between providers and organizations
- Document requests and conduct technology troubleshooting for users
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
- 1-2 years of previous call center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft products
- Knowledge of medical and/or psychiatric terminology preferred
- Ability to sit for extended periods
