Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Access Center Representative responsible for coordinating behavioral health service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of calls for behavioral health service access
  • Prioritize cases and manage communication between providers and organizations
  • Document requests and conduct technology troubleshooting for users
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of previous call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft products
  • Knowledge of medical and/or psychiatric terminology preferred
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
