Job Summary
Employee-Owned Independent Publisher is filling a position for a Remote Accessibility and Standards Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements for cross-product needs and systems
- Supporting the Norton Design System team as its primary analyst
- Writing implementation-agnostic specifications of our standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in assessing customer needs and product needs
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Expertise in using JIRA and other such tools
- Experience with or knowledge of agile development methodology
