Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Accident and Health Customer Resolution Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify coaching opportunities, process improvements, and system issues
- Coordinate, research, and make decisions regarding premium refunds based on requests from members
- Create and send specific written responses regarding any decisions that are made
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service, Claims, or Appeal experience specifically in Health Insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals
