Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Accident and Health Customer Resolution Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify coaching opportunities, process improvements, and system issues
  • Coordinate, research, and make decisions regarding premium refunds based on requests from members
  • Create and send specific written responses regarding any decisions that are made

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 3+ years of Customer Service, Claims, or Appeal experience specifically in Health Insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals
