Job Summary

Remote Account Advisor, responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, processing orders, and supporting business development in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and maintain delivery and shipping options
• Troubleshoot customer issues, including returns and warranties
• Solicit sales from dormant customers and manage outbound freight and returns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Extensive knowledge of factory European Electronic Parts Catalogs
• Background in auto parts distribution, particularly German and Swedish parts
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer issues
• Experience working effectively both independently and as part of a team
