Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator & Executive Assistant will report to the Operations Manager. In this role, you will be working directly with an executive, to assist her to more fully have the time and energy to work on moving the business forward. This position will also be responsible for client facing activities so if you enjoy meeting new people- you will enjoy this position, it is not a great fit if you prefer to hide behind a keyboard because video calls are a regular activity for this position. Confidence is key, while training is provided, you must be comfortable with having to say no or we can't do this to people- if you are someone who doesn't like telling people no to things, this will not be a fit. You will also be assisting the executive to make sure her calendar is handled and attending meetings with her to take notes- attention to detail is super important and the ability to take to do's and make sure they happen (whether you or another team member) is a must. Success in this position will be someone who excels at serving our clients, anticipates the needs of our executive, and able to plan out and organize meeting details on behalf of the executive. Strong ability in written and verbal communication will help you since you will be handling emails and clients. High speed internet is required- the ability for your internet to handle video calls without freezing or buffering, as our entire business is online and the experience of those who interact with our business will need to be a level of high professionalism. Comfortable with leading meetings as well as sitting in on meetings with executive.

-Detail oriented person- they are a lot of moving pieces in our digital marketing space, so someone that can keep track of details
