Job Summary

A company that provides home equity loans is in need of a Remote Account Coordinator in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact to a homeowner through email, chat, social media, or calling us
  • Educate homeowners on our product, the application process, and pricing
  • Respond and support our homeowners regarding questions, concerns and feedback

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services
  • Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce
  • Strong business to consumer written and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a customer facing role
  • Experience working in remote roles
