Job Summary

A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Account Coordinator in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer and/or route incoming calls and inquiries from client
  • Perform work order system data mining and analysis
  • Track and support training coordination

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years related experience in Facilities management or engineering background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
