Job Summary

A medical communications company is filling a position for a Remote Account Director in Cary.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that the resources of the agency are deployed with continued maximum effectiveness in line with the client’s best interest
  • Contributing to the development of strategic communication (publication, advocacy development, and medical communication) plans
  • Frequently meeting with client (in person or via phone) regarding projects and client direction

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical and/or medcom agency experience
  • Extensive experience estimating costs and developing budgets
  • Prior supervisory experience and the ability to motivate others to attain goals
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, both within the agency and with clients
