Job Summary
A marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Account Director in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading recruiting and interviewing processes
- Managing career paths by coaching and mentoring direct reports
- Holding associates accountable for their work by setting expectations, achieving commitments, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to manage relationships with client senior manager and sponsors
- Ability to ensure team allocation aligns with overall account delivery scope; escalate issues and impact to appropriate internal and client stakeholders
- Ability to establish clear understanding of account KPIs
- Ability to provides new and creative ways to approach solutions and is engaged at varying levels of the organization to facilitate those solutions
- Ability to ensure costs are aligned to budgets/forecasts and manage through any cost overruns to get back to forecast
- Ability to forecast and invoice ownership
