Job Summary
A company is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel new client acquisition and expand within the RCM sphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new prospects while executing territory plans
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and develop tailored proposals
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (2 years) in recruiting for healthcare RCM functions
- Experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for roles such as Medical Coders and Billing Specialists
- Strong self-motivation and drive to exceed goals
- Accountability with a focus on performance metrics
- Willingness to receive feedback and pursue continuous improvement
