Job Summary

A company is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel new client acquisition and expand within the RCM sphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new prospects while executing territory plans
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and develop tailored proposals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2 years) in recruiting for healthcare RCM functions
  • Experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for roles such as Medical Coders and Billing Specialists
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to exceed goals
  • Accountability with a focus on performance metrics
  • Willingness to receive feedback and pursue continuous improvement
