Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and establish workflows and pricing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in the servicing industry, focusing on mortgage servicing and client management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing large data sets
• Project management experience to coordinate various objectives
• General knowledge of nationwide search guidelines and back office production services
