Job Summary
To support a growing marketing agency in the financial services niche, the part-time Remote Account Executive will manage warm strategy calls with pre-qualified buyers, consultatively sell services, and collaborate on building the sales playbook.
Key responsibilities
- Taking 5-10 warm strategy calls per week with pre-qualified buyers
- Consultative selling to financial advisors and firm owners
- Building out the sales playbook alongside the founder, including objection libraries and CRM workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience in retainers, coaching, consulting, or financial services
- A documented close rate of 25% or higher on warm leads
- Experience with consultative sales to sophisticated buyers
- Proven track record of earning $150k or more in performance-based compensation
- A builder mindset with experience shaping sales processes at previous companies
