Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time Remote Account Executive will engage prospects through high-volume outbound calls, follow a structured sales process to close deals, and maintain accurate CRM records while working in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to engage prospects and close sales
- Follow a proven sales process to qualify leads and secure deals, often within 1-2 conversations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline and meet daily and weekly KPIs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of closing deals
- Experience conducting outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects to close sales quickly
- Familiarity with using a CRM to track opportunities and pipeline status
- Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
